Anybody else hit this? We are seeing a crash right after boot.
Machine has an Emulex HBA, we don't see this on a similar machine w/Qlogic.

scsi: lpfc: Remove redundant flush_workqueue() call
destroy_workqueue() already drains the queue before destroying it, so there
is no need to flush it explicitly.
Remove the redundant flush_workqueue() call.
