[PATCH v2 04/10] qla2xxx: Fix crash in NVME abort path

System crash was seen when I/O was run against a NVME target and when I/O
aborts were occurring.

The crash was due to a stale SRB structure access after it was aborted.
Fixed the issue by removing stale access.
