[PATCH] mpi3mr: setup irqs in resume path

Issue description - Driver is not setting up irqs in resume path.
Eventually, hibernation path is broken and controller will not be
operational after system is resumed from hibernation.

Fix - Driver should setup irqs in case of probe and hibernation.
