The following patches made over Linus's tree fixes a bunch of issues in qedi's tmf handling. Manish, I did some tests here. Please test it out and review. The first patch is maybe just a temp patch, but assume that eventually those issues will be fixed one way or another. I just reverted it here to make it easier to test qedi and not worry about if we are hitting issues in qedi or with that patch.
