[PATCH v1] scsi: storvsc: Cap cmd_per_lun at can_queue

The scsi_device->queue_depth is set to Scsi_Host->cmd_per_lun during
allocation.

Cap cmd_per_lun at can_queue to avoid dispatch errors.
