[PATCH v2 19/22] lpfc: Reduce LOG_TRACE_EVENT logging for vports

Lots of discovery messages are flooding the console log when testing
NPIV.

Informational message for vports should have LOG_VPORT associated with
it as opposed to LOG_TRACE_EVENT.
