[PATCH v1 2/2] scsi: ufs-mediatek: Support WriteBooster on Samsung UFS devices

Add device quirk "UFS_DEVICE_QUIRK_WB_USING_SPECIAL_SELECTOR"
on all Samsung UFS devices to enable WriteBooster on those
devices.
