            Bug ID: 204173
Summary: HDDs not detected as generic scsi through AACRAID
           Product: SCSI Drivers
           Version: 2.5
    Kernel Version: 5.2.0
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux
              Tree: Mainline
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P1
         Component: AACRAID
          Assignee: scsi_drivers-aacraid@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: ck+kernelbugzilla@xxxxxxxxxxx
        Regression: No

Starting with Kernel 5.2.0, all HDDs conncted through AACRAID (Adaptec 5405)
aren't anymore recognized via "generic sg*".

> [ 2.324655] sd 0:0:0:0: Attached scsi generic sg0 type 0

With Kernel 5.1 and older, this works fine and all HDDs are also mapped to
/dev/sg[1234].
