Yeah, that was intentional. People generally cross-post to linux-scsi
and target-devel so the latter is already a subset.

I would also be OK just completely abandoning target-devel list and
patchwork and funnel everything through SCSI. Right now I have to deal
with each target submission in two different patchworks. It's a bit
annoying, but given the low volume it's not the end of the world.

I left that in place because, while outdated, it is still a very good
source of information. I will gladly take patches that convert some of
that knowledge into something suitable for Documentation/.
