[PATCH] scsi: wd719x Replace GFP_KERNEL with GFP_ATOMIC in wd719x_chip_init

wd719x_host_reset get spinlock first then call wd719x_chip_init,
so replace GFP_KERNEL with GFP_ATOMIC in wd719x_chip_init.
