As a printk without a KERN_<LEVEL> is printed at whatever
CONFIG_MESSAGE_LOGLEVEL_DEFAULT is set to (default: 4 and
rarely unchanged), this is effectively upgraded from a
KERN_WARNING to KERN_ERR.
