Something is broken: Their hardware!

This question pops up every few months. I'm not particularly married to
error level except it has been there for ages.  But how many users
actually know what their current log level is set to?  And how to tweak
it?

So I don't think the log level issue is particularly interesting in
itself. I think it would be more worthwhile to massage the message.
