[PATCH v4 2/2] scsi: ufs: Add UFS platform driver for Cadence UFS

This patch adds a device tree platform driver for
Cadence UFS Host Controller.
It can be enabled with SCSI_UFS_CDNS_PLATFORM Kconfig option.
