From: Linas Vepstas <linas@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Various PCI bus errors can be signaled by newer PCI controllers. This patch adds the PCI error recovery callbacks to the Symbios SCSI device driver. The patch has been tested, and appears to work well.
