Hello,
I tested with parameter that you suggested to me, but I am sorry no any result,
nothing changed

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="scsi_mod.use_blk_mq=1"

Upstream kernel, what do you mean?
I tested kernel "shipped" with Ubuntu, and also from Ubuntu ppa, and at last,
before open this bug the "vanilla" stable kernel, build by myself from
kernel.org

however this "bug" come from kernel 4.14, kernel 4.13.16 from Ubuntu ppa is the
last working, if you want and it's necessary to solve it, I can download old
kernel (4.13 or/and 4.14) from kernel.org and build to check it, but give me
5-6 hours for building and testing kernel

thank you very much!
