[PATCH] scsi: fix iscsi-related kernel-doc warnings

Fix kernel-doc warnings in drivers/scsi/ that are related to iscsi
support interfaces.

Fixes these kernel-doc warnings: (tested by adding these files to a new
target.rst documentation file: WIP)
