[-mm patch] drivers/scsi/arcmsr/: cleanups

This patch contains the following cleanups:
- arcmsr_attr.c: #if 0 the unused arcmsr_free_sysfs_attr()
- arcmsr_hba.c: make the needlessly global arcmsr_iop_reset() static
