[PATCH v3 01/12] scsi: ufs: dump debug info during failures

Inserts driver dumps for UFS Host Controller registers, Transfer Requests
and Task Management Requests.
The dumps will occur on driver initialization failure, ufshcd_abort() and
on error handling path.
