[PATCH v2 01/11] lpfc: Clear the VendorVersion in the PLOGI/PLOGI ACC payload

Clear the VendorVersion in the PLOGI/PLOGI ACC payload

Vendor version info may have been set on fabric login. Before sending
PLOGI payloads, ensure that it's cleared.
