Could you keep the cc: list when replying, otherwise we lose the
tracking information in the bug database and on the list.

Could you try this again with 2.6.15, and then I can try giving you some
sysfs settings to prod to see if the driver can be forced up to 50ns.

Problem Description:
If use kernel 2.6.13 or newer, all SCSI discs/cdrom work only on half speed/frequency.
