Hm, you're right. Aparently get_maintainer.pl does handle moved files
thus he printed only entries for MAINTAINERS.

You will get full entry with:
scripts/get_maintainer.pl -f Documentation/devicetree/bindings/crypto/samsung,exynos-rng4.txt
