[PATCH] ARM: dts: s3c: Fix DTC unit name warnings in S3C2416 and S3C6410

Fix following DTC warnings in S3C2416 and S3C6410 boards:

Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /memory has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name
