I've tested this on my Odroid-X2 but ran into issues. Patch 08/20
introduces some pr_info() to exynos_bus_probe().

In my case both max_state and freq_table are zero though, so getting
{min,max}_freq triggers an kernel oops. If I just remove the code the
drivers probes correctly.
