[PATCH] thermal: Kconfig: Remove config for not used EXYNOS_THERMAL_CORE

After removing exynos_thermal_common.[c|h] files the CONFIG_EXYNOS_THERMA_CORE
is not needed anymore.
This patch removes this entry from Kconfig.
