[PATCH] media: platform: s5p-jpeg: jpeg-hw-exynos4: Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
exynos4_jpeg_set_timer_count() exynos4_jpeg_get_frame_size() exynos4_jpeg_set_sys_int_enable() exynos4_jpeg_get_fifo_status()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
