Hi Ajay,
I don't think that you should be claiming authorship of this driver, I
don't see any commits from you in the chromium tree ([1] & [2]). The
driver was originally written by vpalatin@xxxxxxxxxxxx (who's
completely missing from SoB), it should probably be attributed to him.
