[PATCH V2] max8925_power: Use "IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_OF)" for DT code.

Instead of "#ifdef CONFIG_OF" use "IS_ENABLED(CONFIG_OF)"
option for DT code to avoid if-deffery in code.
