[PATCH] ARM: SAMSUNG: Remove unnecessary exynos4_default_sdhci*()

Commit 17397a2("ARM: EXYNOS: Remove platform device initialization")
removes calling exynos4_default_sdhci*() functions; thus, these are
not necessary any more.
