[PATCH 23/23] ARM: exynos: experimental multiplatform support

This enables the exynos platform to be selected as part
of a CONFIG_ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM kernel. This still
breaks a number of drivers, which we will have to
enable again one by one. Single-platform configurations
should not be impacted by this.
