[PATCH] ARM: Exynos4: fix compilation break

The patch "ARM: SAMSUNG: Add support for pre-sleep/post-restore gpio
control" broke compilation on Exynos4 platform with power management
enabled. This patch adds missing stubs that fixes this issue.
