[PATCH 17/17] vdso: Remove kconfig symbol GENERIC_VDSO_DATA_STORE

All users of HAVE_GENERIC_VDSO have been switched over to the generic
storage logic. The dedicated kconfig symbol can be removed and replaced
by HAVE_GENERIC_VDSO.
