[RFC PATCH v4 09/12] nvdimm/pmem: Cleanup alloc_dax() error handling

Now that alloc_dax() returns ERR_PTR(-EOPNOTSUPP) rather than NULL,
the callers do not have to handle NULL return values anymore.
