Just like 

static inline struct cpumask *cpu_l2c_shared_mask(int cpu)
{
        return per_cpu(cpu_l2c_shared_map, cpu);
}

should check != must check. 

But it's perfectly fine if you're going to attempt to prove some bogus
argument of yours - I can safely ignore you.
