(@Vineeth, @Peter FYI regarding struct subchannel)

I haven't had a chance to look at this series with enough focus, but
the change to cio.h (here, and patch 5) caught my eye. I would've
expected the "parent" to be struct vfio_ccw_private, instead of the
subchannel.
