[PATCH net] net/smc: fixes for converting from "struct smc_cdc_tx_pend **" to "struct smc_wr_tx_pend_priv *"

"struct smc_cdc_tx_pend **" can not directly convert
to "struct smc_wr_tx_pend_priv *".
