Also, can you please stick to the CONFIG_MMU_GATHER_* namespace?

I also don't think AGRESSIVE_FLUSH_BATCHING quite captures what it does.
How about:

	CONFIG_MMU_GATHER_NO_PER_VMA_FLUSH

?
