[PATCH 08/15] KVM: Move vcpu_load to arch-specific kvm_arch_vcpu_ioctl_get_mpstate

Move vcpu_load() and vcpu_put() into the architecture specific
implementations of kvm_arch_vcpu_ioctl_get_mpstate().
