The update to v4.19.249 stable release added the massive drivers/arch/random.c rewrite from Jason A. Donenfeld. The upstream version is RT friendly. Though the backport dropped the local locks (stable v4.19 doesn't have this API) which I had to add back with the v4.19-rt API. Apart the mentioned random.c update, there are no further RT changes.
