A cyclicdeadline run on arm64 triggered a BUG_ON in the deadline
schedule:

After discussion with Juri, we figured this might be solved by
2279f540ea7d ("sched/deadline: Fix priority inheritance with multiple
scheduling classes"). First, I am trying to reproduce this but it looks
like it is not easy to trigger.
Anyway, this is not a rergression but as Clark mentioned this bug is
present also on newer -rt versions.
