3.18.13-rt10, download linux 3.18.13 (from torvald's repo for example)
and apply the rt patch on it .
Latest rt patches are for linux 3.18 and 4.0, so if you use the
correct version it should work just fine.

Unfortunately none patches correctly with latests kernel !
