Not really the same. When I diff the 2 files, I get about 6,000 lines of diff. There are oodles and oodles of differences all over the place. Entire subsystems are not enabled in the RT version. Put the working (non-rt) config file into the fully patched RT tree. Then run make oldconfig, and you should only get a few prompts pertaining to RT and debug options.
