As i said, it is not to easy to trigger. I needed to start connmand and dhclient in parallel and then do "ifconfig eth0 up/down" to trigger it sometimes. It is easier to trigger when the ubifs background task is running. Yep, it's "hard" to hit this error on the first time. We have this error for more than a year now, and it only came to my attention after we had our qa test rack up and running.
