[PATCH] mm/highmem.c: Fix ‘pkmap_count’ undeclared

This fixes the following problem that occurs when CONFIG_DEBUG_VM=y

mm/highmem.c:534: error: ‘pkmap_count’ undeclared (first use in this function)
