[PATCH] dt-bindings: clock: drop unneeded quotes and use absolute /schemas path

Cleanup bindings dropping unneeded quotes. Once all these are fixed,
checking for this can be enabled in yamllint.  Also absolute path
starting with /schemas is preferred.
