[PATCH v16 04/22] PCI: Rename PCI_EPC_IRQ_LEGACY to PCI_EPC_IRQ_INTX

Using "INTx" instead of "legacy" is more specific. So, rename
PCI_EPC_IRQ_LEGACY to PCI_EPC_IRQ_INTX.
