[PATCH] dt-bindings: pinctrl: rzn1: Convert to json-schema

Convert the Renesas RZ/N1 Pin controller Device Tree binding
documentation to json-schema.

Use "pinctrl" generic node name.
Drop generic and consumer examples, as they do not belong here.
