Should this be FLD_FLD_NUM(0) ? It won't make a difference in practice
as FLD_DET_SEL(1) ensures that only bit 0 is taken into account, but I
think the intent would be clearer (and the compiler will optimize it out
as FLD_FLD_NUM(0) == 0).
