[PATCH/RFC 4/6] arm64: renesas_defconfig: Enable VFIO_PLATFORM and VFIO_NOIOMMU

Enable VFIO_PLATFORM for platform device pass-through.
Enable VFIO_NOIOMMU for devices not part of an IOMMU group.
