Sorry, this log is not good explanation.
Our HW can adjust its sampling rate during playback.
According to HW team, it will be used for TV or radio purpose.
They want to adjust it like 48001Hz - 47999Hz during playback.
This adjustment should be enabled during playback.
Thus, this patch ignores this adjustment *before* playback.
