[PATCH] rpmsg: Fix /dev/rpmsg_ctrlx not created

The driver name of rpmsg_char.c is "rpmsg_chrdev", rpmsg_dev_match() will not
match the device with driver_override == "rpmsg_ctrl".

Register rpmsg devices with driver_override == "rpmsg_chrdev".
